
I was particularly pleased to see references to ginger* and turmeric roots; both of which I have incorporated into my diet. I was also happy to see that potassium can be found in other things besides bananas. Not that I have anything against bananas, I really like them. I just wish they came in different flavors because I eat so many of them. So join me in investigating how diet may help control our MG symptoms.
